Open to high school students in the WNC EdNET region (Haywood County and all counties west)
Showcase your best technology-based school work and projects
(may be based on work completed in previous school years)
Ø Any subject
Ø Any technology application (multi-media presentations, podcasts, web pages, or other applications)
Competition entries will be judged on a 15-minute student presentation
Ø Introduction
Ø Demonstration
Ø Question and answer session
Categories for competition
Ø Content-driven or class-related (individual projects only)
Ø School or community service projects (individual or group projects)
Ø Independent projects, hobbies, or special interest (individual or group projects)
Prize awards in each category
Ø $750 Scholarship First Prize
Ø $500 Scholarship Second Prize
Ø $250 Scholarship Third Prize
