Activity 1Using Print Preview 

1. Open the document that you created in Module 7 "Formatting Practice". 

2. Print Preview shows how the document will look when printed. From the Office menu choose Print Preview. 

 

3. Click on the  Zoom control window and choose 100%

4. Click on "Page Width"    One Page   and Two Pages to change your view.

Printing

Activity 2Printing 

1. To print your document, choose Print from the File menu. This opens the printer dialogue box. The printer dialogue box is specific to the type of printer you have installed, but the general format will look something like the picture below:

2. Explore the Printer dialogue box for your printer. If there is a Properties or an Options tab, click on it.

To print a document:

You can print the active document by clicking Print on the Standard toolbar.

To print a range of pages:

  1. On the File menu, click Print.
  2. Under Page range, specify the portion of the document you want to print.

If you click Pages, you must also enter the page numbers or page ranges you want to include, or both.
