| Collecting - Submitting Subject Area/Grade Level Lesson Plans |
Most Lesson Plan sites are free to use by educators. The lesson plans are created by educators and are meant to be shared. Some sites allow any teacher to submit lesson plans. Some sites may require registration or paid membership. As always, when using information collected from the web, be sure you understand and follow copyright laws. If you would like to learn more about copyright laws, follow this link: http://www.dpi.state.nc.us/copyright1.html . In this module, you will collect lesson plans from some of the free sites. In addition, you will post a lesson plan that you have developed to a lesson plan sharing site.

Web 1.Using a search engine, find links to lesson plan pages in your subject area. If you use Google, your search screen might look like the picture below: 2. Explore some of the links. Module 4 Assignment 1: Submit a list of ten sites which contain lesson plans in your subject area/grade level. Email the links to cgeorge@wresa.org . Module 4 Assignment 2: Submit links to two lesson plans that you will at some time use in your classroom. Remember, that you may modify any lesson plans you wish to use. Email the links to cgeorge@wresa.org . |

It includes a lesson plan template and a 10 step guide to writing lesson plans. Module 4 Assignment 3: Using the lesson plan template at http://www.lessonplanspage.com/submit.html or any other template you are familiar with, create and submit a lesson plan of your own.
