Roger came to the regional center from Asheville City Schools in March, 1992. He has served at all levels, K-12, as an administrator. His teaching experience includes assignments in grades 6-12. He is an adjunct professor at Western Carolina University and has been in education for 31 years.

Although much of Roger’s time is spent in the administration of the office and in the direction of the overall activities of the WRESA, he still does presentations as time allows. In addition to consulting in administration and education leadership with public school administrators, he also does presentations in school based management, the New ABC’s of Public Education, and curriculum. He is a good storyteller and likes to spend time encouraging people in the profession.

Although Roger’s number one contact within each of the   systems of the WRESA is the superintendent, he welcomes the opportunity to work with any school personnel in the region. He would like to be a member of your school improvement team. Please call if he can help.
